Changing Weather Conditions

The weather won't always be the same.
No, it won't. It is a constantly changing scene. In some areas, the weather tends to be warm a lot, such as South Florida. But even here we experience some cold weather as we have just recently seen. Temperatures and winds fluctuate quickly or may be the same for a time and then change again. The weather won't always be the same.
It is like this with the spring and summer storms and the Hurricane Season. We know that there hasn't been a hurricane here in the Miami area for quite a while, but that is not to say we will never have one again.

It isn't like we want to see these storms, but saying that we'll never have another hurricane is really wishful thinking. People can get comfortable in the same old routine and more or less forget to be prepared.
There was a gap of about 32 years between Hurricane Donna in 1960 and Hurricane Andrew in 1992. And since then we have had two more in South Florida and six others that arrived in other parts of Florida.
We would like to recommend that everyone - homeowners and business owners - have their Hurricane Protection in place and in good working condition. Not just a thought, but actually, really taking action to be prepared against potential storms.

We can service existing shutters, replace them or provide impact glass. Contact us at (305) 266-2100 to discuss options.
