Are you one of those people who has a limited budget? Well, let it be known that you aren't alone. Are you someone who already has Hurricane Protection such as Accordion Shutters, Storm Panels or Roll Up Shutters? Well, if so, our first recommendations concern you.

Even Storm Panels should be given attention from time to time to make sure they are in useable condition, organized or labelled so that they are accessible with minimal effort for each opening that needs protection. This includes wing nuts being available or panel screws being available and ensuring the anchors are properly positioned and ready for use. Or if you have tracks for placing and positioning the shutters, making sure the tracks are secure and in best condition for the protection that Storm Panels can provide.
You can get an estimate for us to do maintenance and/or repairs for your shutters in our local areas. Or, if you are far away from us you or your handy man can take care of the shutters -- we can supply the parts (check our online store).
KEY RECOMMENDATIONS
1. Do a regular check of your shutters, at the very least, once or twice a year to see how they are operating. Get maintenance done and get done any repair that may be indicated.
2. Do this at a time well before the threat of any storms. "Last minute handling" is not advised for several reasons, one of which may be that we will already be busy with clients that reached us ahead of you. Do it NOW.
3. Use a silicone spray for lubricating your shutters. Do not use WD-40 on plastic parts because it will make the plastic deteriorate and eventually break or fall apart.
